Sierra Leone: Referee Died of suspected Cardiac Arrest

FIFA referee Victor Marah (in picture) collapsed during an inter community football league between Kroobay community and Falcon 12 FC at the ongoing inter community league in Kingtom, West of Freetown.

He was rushed to Connaught Hospital in central Freetown and was pronounced dead from suspected CARDIAC arrest, report say.

Marah until few weeks ago was in Cairo, Egypt for elite training in football refereeing.

“Marah was certainly a bright and brave referee destined for greatness.” Said Victor Lewis, a football administrator.
