OPPO describes the phone as the world’s first smartphone with three 200MP rear cameras. It has four rear cameras in total, including 200MP main, ultrawide and telephoto cameras. The company says the main camera can capture up to 17 stops of dynamic range at 1x.
China price and international availability
The Find X10 Pro Max starts at CNY 6,799 in China, with sales scheduled to begin on September 24. OPPO has announced four versions of the phone for the Chinese market, although individual configurations were not detailed in the available information.
OPPO has confirmed that the device will reach international markets. However, the company has not announced a global release date or price, including for Nigeria. Official pricing and launch dates for South Africa, Kenya and Ghana are also yet to be provided.
That means Nigerian buyers will need to wait for confirmed local information on price, availability, supported network bands and warranty coverage. Features, accessories and packaging may also vary outside China.
Display, processor and storage
The phone has a 6.78-inch flat display with a resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels. Its refresh rate ranges from 1Hz to 120Hz, while some games can run at up to 144Hz. OPPO lists full-display brightness of 2,000 nits and a 3,840Hz PWM dimming rate.
Power comes from MediaTek’s Dimensity 9600 Pro processor, which uses a 2nm manufacturing process. The phone is available with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. It does not include a memory card slot.
The device runs ColorOS 17 based on Android 17. OPPO says the processor delivers a 17% improvement in overall CPU performance compared with the previous generation, although independent reviews will be needed to assess its performance in everyday use.
Camera and video features
The Find X10 Pro Max includes a 50MP autofocus front camera. Its video features include 8K recording at 30 frames per second and 4K recording at up to 120 frames per second. OPPO also lists 8K Log recording and Open Gate capture.
Without additional equipment, the phone offers 3x optical zoom and up to 120x digital zoom. OPPO is also selling a Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit separately for CNY 1,099 in China. The accessory attaches to the telephoto camera and is advertised with 10x optical zoom, 20x lossless zoom and up to 200x digital zoom, as well as additional video functions.
Battery and durability
The phone carries an 8,000mAh battery with 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. It measures approximately 8.4mm thick and weighs between 233g and 235g, depending on the colour.
OPPO lists IP68, IP69 and IP66 protection ratings, along with an SGS five-star drop rating. These ratings are based on laboratory tests and do not guarantee protection in every real-world situation.
The Find X10 Pro Max sits above the Find X10 and Find X10 E in OPPO’s lineup, with the company skipping a Find X10 Pro model. Further details for international markets, including Nigeria, are expected when OPPO announces regional launch plans.
