The family of the late Victor Onie Williams has urged the public to respect their grief and refrain from spreading speculations about his death.

In a statement shared by Danny Strasser Williams on behalf of the family, they expressed dismay over false stories circulating online, including claims that Onie appeared in someone’s dreams. The family clarified that these reports are inconsistent with their Christian beliefs, emphasizing that every individual’s death is preordained.

They further stated that the person allegedly seen in the dreams is not Victor Onie Williams but suggested it could be a manifestation of other spiritual influences.

"Please allow the family to process their loss in peace. These false narratives are hurtful and disrespectful. Onie is not sending dreams to anyone. Whatever or whoever is being encountered in these dreams is not him," the statement read.

The family appealed for understanding, asking the public to let their loved one rest while they mourn privately without interference.
