Title: FIFA Postpones Sierra Leone's Football for Schools Launch Due to Security Concerns

In a recent announcement, FIFA has officially requested the delay of the FIFA Football for Schools (F4S) project launch in Sierra Leone, originally scheduled for December 4th to 6th in Makeni City. The decision is attributed to perceived security risks within the country.

Expressing regret for any inconvenience caused, the Sierra Leone Football Association reaffirms its steadfast commitment to the F4S initiative. The project aims to provide unique educational and football opportunities to Sierra Leonean school children, aligning with the association's vision for youth development through sports.

The launch, now rescheduled for 2024, will be communicated with detailed information in the coming months. Despite the temporary setback, the SLFA assures its dedication to ensuring the successful implementation of the FIFA Football for Schools project in Sierra Leone, fostering educational and sporting growth among the nation's youth.
