Ministry of Health celebrates Health Day
The Ministry of Health and Sanitation (MOHS) celebrated Health Day on 3 November 2023 to commemorate the International Day of Health.
The commemorative ceremony was organized by the One Health Secretariat in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and partners, with the theme "Air, Land and Water Connections".
The purpose of this celebration is to raise awareness of the link between human, animal and environmental health and to highlight the importance of cross-sector collaboration.
The One Health Secretariat promotes a holistic approach to addressing global health challenges and, through a range of activities and events, inspires individuals and organizations to take action towards a healthier future for all. The purpose is to encourage people to take action.
