Deputy Director of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, Mr. Ibrahim Kargbo, highlighted that this action follows similar events in February and April. The Tramadol weighed 4,200 kg and was valued at $700,000, while the Diclofenac weighed 6,000 kg and was valued at $380,000.
Commissioner of Police Ibrahim Lahai, Director of Crime Services, stressed that the goal is to prevent these drugs from entering the country and threatening the future of its youth. He called on the public to provide intelligence to aid in the arrest and prosecution of those involved in the importation, sale, and distribution of narcotics.
