Sierra Leone's Pharmacy Board Probes Coco Samba Product
The Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone, under the Ministry of Health and Sanitation, issued a public notice on November 29, 2023, regarding an ongoing investigation into the Coco Samba Herbal Product produced by Bullion Go-Neatglobal Limited. The product's ingredients include water, Aloe vera extract, and caramel.
Notably, the Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone has not registered the Coco Samba product, raising concerns about its quality and safety. Samples have been collected for quality control analyses as part of the ongoing investigation.
The board has assured the public that it will communicate the findings of the investigation once it is concluded.
