Chief Minister Sengeh Makes Surprise Visit to Connaught Hospital, Takes Public Bus Home
On Saturday, Chief Minister David Moinina Sengeh unexpectedly visited Connaught Hospital, demonstrating his commitment to enhancing public health services in Sierra Leone. The visit, which started as a family outing, included a stop at Salvonne Bakery for a fish pie before heading to the hospital.
During his visit, Sengeh observed notable improvements at the hospital, including the renovation of two wards and a cleaner environment, which were part of commitments made during a previous engagement with the Ministry of Health five months ago. He praised the Ministry and Connaught Hospital's leadership for their efforts.
After the visit, Sengeh and his family took the WakaFine public bus home, further connecting with the everyday experiences of Sierra Leoneans.
