First Lady Fatima Bio Inaugurates Maternal Health Center in Sierra Leone

In a momentous ceremony attended by key dignitaries such as PC Sadiq Kapuwa, Chief Brima Swaray, Hon. Alice Kornya Sandy, and other prominent figures, First Lady Dr. Fatima Maada Bio officially unveiled the Fatima Jabbe Maada Bio Maternal Health Centre at Malleh Village.

 

The inauguration of this Maternal Health Center marks a significant milestone in addressing the healthcare needs of expectant mothers and improving maternal health outcomes within the community. The facility is strategically designed to play a pivotal role in promoting safe motherhood and reducing maternal mortality rates.

 

This comprehensive healthcare center offers a spectrum of services, including antenatal care, skilled birth attendance, emergency obstetric care, and postnatal support.
