Rodney Michael expresses disappointment with selection of Leone Stars coaching team
After the selection of the Leone Stars coaching team, prominent Sierra Leone football star Rodney Michael expressed his dissatisfaction with the selection of the coach and team manager.
A few days after being appointed as the new national team coach, Michael wrote on his own Twitter:
“SLFA_sl behaved in a very rude and deceptive manner. But that's their mission. Allow it and praise it when it succeeds. If that fails, they will have to face the music.''
He also supported the post that he advised Kay Kamara to express his dissatisfaction to Mohamed Karon. In the post, Kei Kamara encouraged Mohamed Kalon to accept his humanity and openly express his disappointment in not being appointed as the head coach of the national team.
Rodney Michael asked Mohamed Kalon to join the national team, citing Kalon's three-match suspension from FIFA. He continued to vent his anger over the SLFA's decision to hand over his father. Rodney spoke about managing club teams in continental club competitions. @thomasdbrima and @SLFA_sl need to clarify this. ”
These claims were made by football and sports officials to draw public attention to the perceived neglect of Mohamed Kalon, who was not appointed head coach of the national team.
